Wu Ming Qigong
The Tao of Healing teaches a unique system of Qigong which descends directly from the ancient Taoist masters Lao Tzu and Chuang Tzu. In the Tao Te Ching, the classic Taoist text authored by Lao Tzu, Wu Ming means "no name;" and refers to the Universal state as it existed before the creation of heaven and earth; a state with no form, existing before time, space and matter.
Wu Ming is a system that will teach you to use your body's innate ability to heal itself through various Qigong movements. Along with improved health, the Wu Ming system awakens you to the connection between your mind, body, and spirit.
The ancients believe that the moment you name or label anything it becomes finite. Wu Ming is infinite in its potential. So join us if you want to change your life, improve your health, and awaken your spiritually.

Healing Stories
"I had been an avid tennis player for over 15 years. There came a point where my arm, elbow, and wrist were so plagued by chronic pain that I could no longer enjoy the sport because I could not play at a level that challenged me due to the pain I would feel at the impact of the ball. I began Qigong soon after seeing Dr. Lu to receive acupuncture for that injury as well as for a general spiritual counseling session." Read more.
