During your first visit, you'll experience a comprehensive interview and TCM intake examination. Nan Lu Acupuncture, PLLC, practitioners will work with you to identify a treatment plan based on your unique physical and emotional conditions, your energy, and spiritual purpose.
Please download and fill out the following forms before your first visit. We invite you to arrive 15 minutes early to take advantage of our meditation room, and make sure your paperwork is complete.
